PASTA SEAFOOD OLIO




Olive oil
3 st bawang putih - chopped
cili api/cili hidup ( jika suka pedas ) - chopped
1 sb oregano
1 sb oyster sauce
1 sk chili flake
100 gm sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 sk lada hitam
garam
mussels/udang/sotong

1. Panaskan olive oil
2. Tumis bawang putih dan cili api/cili hidup hingga naik bau
3. Setelah naik bau, masukkan udang/sotong/mussels.
4. Setelah udang/sotong masak, masukkan sphagetti yang telah direbus
5. Masukkan oregano, oyster sauce, garam, chili flake, parsley, sun dried tomatoes, lada hitam
6. Sedap dimakan bersama garlic bread
